General Terms and Conditions of the PROARTPENS online shop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Law on Protection of Personal Data (ZVOP-1) and the Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-1).

PROARTPENS is an online store that is operated by Zlato pero d.o.o., cesta na klanec 49, 4000 Kranj, tax number: SI17402263, registration number: 3692981000.

Terms and conditions determine the operation of the PROARTPENS online store, and rights and obligations of the user and the store, as well as regulate the business relationship between PROARTPENS and its customers.


Before buying, please carefully read the terms and conditions. By using the website, you agree with the terms. If you do not agree with the terms, please DO NOT use the online store.


The goods will be delivered to the Customer in the shortest possible time, usually within 1 to 3 days within Slovenia and 2-10 days in other EU countries(unless otherwise noted in product description). After the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message that contains confirmation of the ordered products, the price and the address of the recipient.


Goods are delivered through the Post of Slovenia,GLS and DPD. PROARTPENS reserves the right to choose another delivery service if this means that the order can be completed more efficiently. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be waiting at the nearest post office or the courier will call you to confirm the new delivery time. For larger orders, the courier will arrange an on-time delivery. Expected delivery time is 1 to 3 days within Slovenia and 2-10 days in other EU countries(unless otherwise noted in product description). The parcel shall be delivered to your address that you provided at order completion. PROARTPENS online store is in no case liable for the damage caused due to long delivery times or non-delivery of items that are not in stock at our warehouse.


Information supplied by the Customer is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data and the Act on the Protection of Consumers.The Customer sends their personal data through an online form on the PROARTPENS online store, which is then collected and processed. We collect and process only the personal information that is necessary for high-quality and smooth implementation of e-commerce activities. The Customer and the operator of the PROARTPENS online store agree that the information to which they have access will be kept private and confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without appropriate legal basis. The operator will use the data only for the purpose of delivery. The website operator undertakes to implement electronic services in a responsible and professional manner and in accordance with the principles and standards of information security.


The information and data on the PROARTPENS online store is true and accurate, but errors and deviations can appear. Therefore, the ZlatoPero online store does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of information and content on the PROARTPENS online store. All images are symbolic.


The PROARTPENS online store provides the following methods of payment:

•             Cash on advance

•             By debit or credit card (Activa, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express (via online payment), BA Maestro, Diners Club – only for the holders of the new card)

•             PayPal

When paying by credit card on the internet and in case of cancellation of the order or change of the method of payment, inform us at info@proartpens.com for a refund.


All prices include VAT and are in Euros. Prices are valid at the time of order and are not valid for a predetermined time period. Prices are valid in case of payment by above methods of payment and under above conditions.


The products have a warranty if it is indicated so on the warranty or the invoice. This warranty is valid upon receipt of invoice if the instructions on the warranty are followed. The warranty periods are listed on the warranty or the invoice and on the website in product description. If there is no warranty information, the product currently does not have a warranty or information is not known. In the latter case, the Customer can contact the PROARTPENS online store, which will provide up-to-date information. Warranties cannot be enforced to repair defects caused by misuse, negligence, mechanical damage, failure to follow instructions on how to use the product and faults caused by force majeure.


The purchase agreement between PROARTPENS and the Customer is concluded when the PROARTPENS online store sends the Customer the first e-mail about the status of their order (subject: confirm receipt of the order). From that moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and valid for PROARTPENS and for the Customer. The Customer is the person with the information listed at order completion. Subsequent changes of Customer information are not possible.


The customer selects the items that they wish to buy and adds them to the cart. At checkout, they fill out the necessary information and submit the order. The order is placed in a queue. During this time, the customer has the option to cancel the order in the queue. This can be done via email within two hours. The order is stored on the server of the PROARTPENS online store.


Within 48 hours, PROARTPENS shall review the order and confirm or reject it. In the event that the price changes at the time of order processing, KingsBox undertakes to try and offer a lower price to the customer. The contract between PROARTPENS and the customer is concluded when the customer receives an email about the status of his order.


The customer has the right to notify the Seller within 14 days from concluding the contract that they are withdrawing from the contract without any reason. This time period starts one day after the customer receives the products.

If the customer wants to withdraw from the contract they shall inform the Seller about this to info@proartpens.com.

If the Customer cancels the contract after the receipt of the goods, they must return the goods to the Seller within 30 days after they sent written notification of withdrawal to the following address: Cesta na klanec 49, 4000 Kranj.

Return of the received items to the Seller during the withdrawal period counts as a message of withdrawal from contract.

The Customer must return the product to the Seller undamaged and in the same amount, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost, or its quantity is reduced with no blame to the Customer. The Customer shall not use the products freely until they withdraw from the contract. The Customer must carry out an inspection and test the items to such an extent as is necessary to establish the actual condition of items. Any testing of items deviating from this is considered as use of products, which means that the Customer will lose the right to withdraw from the contract.

The only cost for the Customer in connection with contract cancellation is the cost of returning the item(s) (in case of sending the item(s), this cost is charged under the delivery company pricelist and depends on whether the Customer is sending a shipment/parcel/cargo).


The Customer has no right to withdraw from the contract if the products were manufactured according to precise instructions of the Customer, if they were adapted to Customer’s personal needs and are no longer suitable for return, if they are perishable or if they have already expired.

The Seller shall return the purchase price to the Customer's bank account within 30 days after the receipt of notice on withdrawal from the contract. The return of received items to the Seller within the withdrawal period shall also be considered as a notice on withdrawal from the contract.

In the case of withdrawal from the contract, for which discount codes or promotional codes were used, these shall be considered as a discount and shall not be returned to the Customer.


In the event of a dispute between the PROARTPENS and the Customer, the competent court in Kranj(Slovenia) shall handle the dispute.
